We're Hiring: Retail Store Supervisor

Are you a strong leader with retail experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We're looking for a Retail Store Supervisor to join our team in Calgary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee daily operations
  • Hire, train, or arrange training for new staff
  • Supervise and coordinate team activities
  • Establish and manage employee work schedules
  • Sell merchandise and support sales goals
  • Authorize returns and handle transactions, including cash management
  • Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply issues
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, merchandising, and staff matters

What We're Looking For

  • Previous retail and supervisory experience (7 months to 1 year)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and customer-focused attitude
  • Minimum education: secondary high school diploma
